Property Specialist / Sr. Property Specialist (Direct Sales)

Role Summary/ Purpose:

To generate leads and build relationships with HNI clients;

To sell real estate projects to the clients like Residential Apartments, Villas and Commercial Properties

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing communication with key business stakeholders via verbal & written updates and reports.
  • Trend analysis and Market Research complete scan on commercial formats, competition analysis, existing & upcoming real estate developments, regulatory framework, local laws & commercial procedures.
  • To generate leads through engagement and other activities.
  • Have experience for B2C and face to face client / customer meetings
  • To sell high end residential & commercial projects.
  • To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan.
  • To prepare status report on the deals those which are under various stages of progress/ negotiation.
  • Identifying potential customers, negotiating terms & deal closure.
  • To handle client queries

Qualifications

  • The candidate should be a good command over written English speaking
  • Any Graduate/Under Graduate with or without experience in direct sales from any industry.
  • Experience in B2C Sales/Direct Sales/Advisory Sales
  • Candidate should have two wheeler and must be willing to travel within their work location.
